Our Commitment

EverBetter LLC d/b/a Home Key Atlanta, a real estate team operating under eXp Realty, LLC, is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Access to housing information is a fair housing issue: a website that cannot be used with a screen reader, a keyboard, or magnification excludes people from the same housing opportunities it offers everyone else. We treat accessibility as part of our Fair Housing obligation, not as a separate technical concern.

Standard We Aim For

We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

What We Have Done

• A “Skip to main content” link is the first item reachable by keyboard on every page, so keyboard and screen-reader users can bypass the navigation.
• Page content sits inside a labelled main landmark, with navigation and footer landmarks identified for assistive technology.
• All meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers so they are not announced as noise.
• Interactive controls — including the phone, email, and language menus — expose their state to assistive technology and are reachable by keyboard.
• Body text uses typefaces chosen for legibility in both English and Vietnamese, including correct rendering of stacked Vietnamese tone marks.
• Text can be resized and the layout reflows on small screens without loss of content or functionality.

Known Limitations

We would rather tell you what is not fixed yet than imply the site is perfect. We are aware of the following and are working on them:

• Some third-party and embedded content — including mapping, listing feeds, and video players — is outside our direct control and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA.
• Property listing data supplied by the MLS or by sellers may include photographs without descriptive alternative text.
• Some older interactive components have not yet completed a full keyboard-navigation and screen-reader review.
